- 1) What Is Covered?
- Digital products (PDF worksheets): Non-returnable once the download link is issued or the file is accessed.
- Physical items (books/prints), if applicable: Eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
- 2) Digital products (PDFs)
- Due to the nature of digital goods, downloads are final and non-refundable.
- We’ll help with any technical issue (corrupt file, link not working). If we can’t resolve it within 72 hours, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase made in error? Contact us within 24 hours with both order IDs—eligible for refund.
- 3) Physical items (only if you sell them)
- Return window: 7 days from delivery. Item must be unused and include all packaging.
- Not eligible: items with signs of use, missing parts, or bought on clearance/sale (non-returnable).
- Exchanges: Only for same item if stock is available; otherwise refund.
- 4) How to request support/refund
- Email support@vidyaworksheets.com with:
- Order ID, product name, and issue description
- For physical items: unboxing photos/videos showing the defect/damage
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- 5) Refund method & timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI/card/net-banking/wallet).
- Typical credit time: 5–7 business days (banks/card networks may vary).
- If it’s delayed: check your bank/card statement → contact your bank → then email us at support@vidyaworksheets.com.
- 6) Non-returnable items
- Downloadable/digital products (PDFs)
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Personal care/consumables (if ever listed)
- 7) Partial refunds (physical items)
- May be approved when the item is not in original condition, packaging is missing, or the return is initiated after 7 days (up to our discretion).
